Boring

Richie told me that our blog was boring because I hadn't updated it in a while. Well here we go.

She sure loves her dad! Evie is now 11 months and crawling! I can't believe it! My baby is growing up. I am having a hard time with it.

She still loves to swing!

Swimming

This was Evie's first time swimming. She did not love it. We were at my sister's pool and it was like 90 degrees in the pool so the water wasn't the issue. So we decided to try again another day and today...(please scroll down)

WE LOVE IT! She was splashing and kicking and laughing! It was so stinking cute!

Graduation!

He did it! He finally graduated! It's not like it was in doubt it's just it feels like he's been going to school forever. But he is done and finished and has his Master's of Accounting. I am so proud of him! Now we just have to wait for our lives to begin when he starts his job is September.

6 MONTHS OLD!

OK this is big for me. My baby is 6 months old. I can't believe it. She is definitely her own little person. Here are her stats:

28 inches long (99%)

18 lbs (82%)

We started her on solids. She likes sweet potatoes and green beans! I have to say that I tried it and I don't like it. Good thing she does.

San Diego!

This was our first family trip on an airplane! Evie did better than expected. She is such a trooper. We had some good times.

Evie slept the whole way there!

We took a stroll along Mission Beach one day. It was probably the warmest day we had there but it was a tad windy. We didn't get in the ocean.

I don't know why these are out of order but this is after we got home. Evie was so tired! She was a little fussy the first half of the flight but slept the second half until we got in the car.

We went on a tour of the USS Midway. It was fun. Richie was definitely not made for living on a ship like that. He had to duck the whole time.

Uh Oh! In the Brig!

5 months old!

Here is my baby! She is getting so big. It kinda makes me sad. But then she smiles at me and it makes everything better. She is the happiest baby I have ever seen. Just recently has she started to giggle. It's taken every trick in the book to get her to do it. When she smiles it's like her face explodes but no sound comes out! I just want to hear her laugh!
